  • In case you would like to cancel a reservation, you will be able to get a refund in case you inform us with email at [email protected] and at the same time call us at telephone no +30 2351 061400 24 hours prior to the arrival time at the Mandala Seaside Luxury. In case of less than 24h of reservation cancellation or non show, your deposit is not refunded. If you inform us as soon as possible about a change of your arrival time your reservation is not canceled and moved on a new time.

 

  • In case you delay more than 45 minutes from the arrival time you have picked, your booking is automatically canceled.

 

  • In case of bad weather or natural disaster, we have none responsibility.
